Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of VIZRA. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Rules.

Store listings

The Android version is published by Debbie Lee using package name com.shimetchra.vizra. The iOS version is listed by Shimetchra Gray under App ID 6798543044.

Using VIZRA

You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your location and comply with applicable law. You are responsible for the media, prompts, and information you submit, including having all rights, consents, and permissions needed to use them.

Gems, subscriptions, and purchases

Gems are virtual credits used for eligible VIZRA generation features. They are not money, do not have cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged outside VIZRA. The Gem cost shown in the app before submission is the applicable cost for that generation. A service failure may qualify for a Gem refund under the rules shown in the app or required by law. We may decline, delay, or reverse a transaction where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, correct an error, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.

VIP subscriptions and Gem purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store. Your purchase is also subject to that store's terms, billing rules, refund process, and subscription management controls. If a subscription renews automatically, the store will disclose the price, billing period, and renewal terms before you purchase. Canceling a subscription prevents future store renewals but does not usually refund the current billing period unless the store or applicable law requires it.

VIP benefits, Gem grants, eligible discounts, and other purchase entitlements are subject to the current in-app offer and may require a valid store purchase and server verification. We do not guarantee that every offer, ad placement, or purchase product will always be available.

Watermarks, ads, and downloads

Non-VIP previews may include a watermark. A non-VIP user may be eligible to download a no-watermark file after a rewarded ad is fully completed and the reward is verified. Ad availability is not guaranteed. VIP users may receive eligible no-watermark access and an ad-free experience as described in the active offer.

AI-generated content and rights disclaimer

VIZRA uses AI systems to generate images and videos. Results can be unexpected, inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other content, or unavailable. Do not rely on generated output as legal, financial, medical, safety, professional, or factual advice.

VIZRA does not represent or warrant that a generated result is original, unique, non-infringing, copyrightable, suitable for a particular purpose, or available for exclusive use. Copyright and other rights in AI-generated content may vary by jurisdiction, the nature of the output, your contribution, and applicable law. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use, publish, commercialize, or rely on an output. Seek qualified legal advice when rights clearance or commercial use matters.

You must not submit or generate content that infringes intellectual-property rights, misuses another person's likeness, impersonates another person, violates privacy, or breaks our Community Rules. For Face Swap, you must have permission to use both the reference face and the target image or video.

Your content

You retain any rights you hold in content you submit. You give VIZRA the limited rights needed to host, process, moderate, and deliver the service you request. You confirm that your content and your use of VIZRA do not violate law or another person's rights.

Availability and liability

VIZRA is an evolving service and may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIZRA is provided as available and without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the service or applicable law changes. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to legal@vizra.app.
